Gardens Admission Advance Ticket

Please read carefully the following information: 

• NO PETS ALLOWED, except on designated dog-friendly days October 26 and 27.

• Tickets must be purchased in advance. You may arrive between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. All visitors must leave by 6:00 p.m.  

• You will receive your tickets by email; be sure to check your SPAM/JUNK folder, many patrons find them there. 

• Old Westbury Gardens members do not need to make advance reservations, they only need to present their valid membership card to the admissions staff.

• Ticket holders for Full-Time students must produce a valid ID or else there will be a surcharge.

• Tickets are not required for a child age 6 and under.

• Visitors who have obtained a Library Gardens Pass from a member library do not need to purchase tickets. They only need to present the valid library pass (or equivalent.)

• All sales are final.  If you are unable to make the date of your tickets, we will accept unscanned tickets for another other general admission date (NOT for special events like the LI Celtic Festival, August 24) until October 31, 2024.

• We are doing contactless scanning check-in for all guests. Please have available your tickets either printed or on your mobile device. As a backup note your ticket numbers.

• You can view a map of the gardens here. We do not have printed maps available on site.

• Café in the Woods is open daily at 10 am, last orders at 4:30 p.m. 

• All visitors agree to comply with our Visitor Policies found on our website. 

• Members of AHS RAP Gardens. You may select up to 2 AHS-Reciprocal tickets. You must bring your valid membership card to present at the admission booth with your tickets. If you present more than  AHS-Reciprocal ticket. If you are unable to make the date of your tickets, we will accept unscanned tickets for another other general admission date (NOT for special events like the LI Celtic Festival, August 24) until December 22, 2024. you will be asked to pay for the extra tickets before entering.

IMPORTANT PHOTOGRAPHY INFORMATION

By purchasing a ticket, you agree

1. to abide by all Visitor Guidelines including regulations regarding photography. 
2. to be photographed and/or filmed and give permission to use your likeness in promotional and/or marketing materials.
