If you are a member but have not used the online sign in before, you will need to register with the same email address that you used when you purchased your membership.  

Tickets are non-refundable.

  • Tickets must be purchased in advance. Tickets are issued for arrival times, you can stay until closing. 
  • Old Westbury Gardens members do not need to make advance reservations, they only need to present their valid membership card to the admissions staff.
  • Old Westbury Gardens participates in the American Horticultural Society's Reciprocal Admissions Program Click here to request tickets.
  • Ticket holders for Full-Time students must produce a valid ID or else there will be a surcharge.
  • Tickets are not required for a children ages 6 and under.
  • Visitors who have obtained a library gardens pass from a member library do not need to make a reservation. They only need to present the valid library pass (or equivalent.)
  • All sales are final except in cases of illness (see below). 
  •  Please arrive within the time on your ticket. You may stay until closing.
  • We are doing contactless scanning check-in for all guests. Please have available your tickets either printed or on your mobile device. As a backup note your ticket numbers.
  • Westbury House is open at a limited capacity for self-guided tours only. Facemasks are required for all visitors regardless of vaccination status. 
  • You can view a map of the gardens here. We do not have printed maps available on site.
  • Drinking fountains are not available and the Gift Shop is closed.
  • Café in the Woods is open. 
  • All visitors agree to comply with our Visitor Policies found on our website. 
  • Only service dogs are permitted. 

By purchasing a ticket, you agree

  1. to abide by all Visitor Guidelines including regulations regarding photography. 
  2. to be photographed and/or filmed and give permission to use your likeness in promotional and/or marketing materials. 

We encourage visitors and employees to stay home if they are sick. If you purchased tickets in advance but become ill, we will honor your tickets when you have recovered.
