Tai chi—a unique form of “moving meditation”—calms the mind, relaxes the body and strengthens the spirit. Sessions are taught by professional tai chi instructor, Linda Cafiero, and are designed for all experience levels.

Professional Kripalu Yoga instructor, Lorili Henry, leads students through a dynamic, yet gentle flow of postures and conscious breathing. Participants must bring a yoga mat, yoga strap, and towel.

- Tickets must be purchased in advance. You may arrive between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. All visitors must leave by 6:00 p.m.
- Old Westbury Gardens members do not need to make advance reservations, they only need to present their valid membership card to the admissions staff.
- Ticket holders for Full-Time students must produce a valid ID or else there will be a surcharge.
- Tickets are not required for a children age 6 and under.
- Visitors who have obtained a Library Gardens Pass from a member library do not need to purchase tickets. They only need to present the valid library pass (or equivalent.)
- All sales are final. If you are unable to make the date of your tickets, we will accept unscanned tickets for another other general admission date (NOT for special events like the LI Celtic Festival, August 24) until October 31, 2024.
- NO PETS ALLOWED, except on designated dog-friendly days October 26 and 27.
- We are doing contactless scanning check-in for all guests. Please have available your tickets either printed or on your mobile device. As a backup note your ticket numbers.

- Café in the Woods is closed Saturday, November 11.
- Members of AHS RAP Gardens. You may select up to 2 AHS-Reciprocal tickets. You must bring your valid membership card to present at the admission booth with your tickets. This one and a half hour stroll through the grounds of OWG is an all outdoor walking program with Naturalist Carey Russell that includes grass and gravel, inclines and steps. All skill levels welcome.
