Members Only Gardens Admission

 To promote the health and safety of visitors, staff, and volunteers we have implemented new member reservation and ticketing procedures, and visitor guidelines.

• All member reservations must be made in advance.
  
• Members may reserve the number of tickets according to their membership level: Individual-1; Dual, Family-2, Sustainer, Friend and above-6.
• Tickets are not required for a member's children ages 17 and under. 
• To maintain the our capacity limit please arrive within the times on your ticket. You may stay until closing.
• We will have contactless scanning check-in for all guests. Please have available your tickets either printed or on your mobile device. As a backup please note your ticket numbers .
• Due to safety concerns Westbury House is closed.
• We ask that all visitors in accordance with NY State protocols: maintain 6 feet of distance between household groups; wear face coverings when social distancing (staying at least 6 feet apart) is not possible, unless a face covering is not medically tolerated; follow the suggested route indicated by white arrows and signage
• You can view a map of the gardens, including a recommended route here. Printed maps will not be available on site.
• There are limited amenities on the property: Restrooms are only available by the parking field; Café in the Woods is open; all benches and picnic tables have been removed; drinking fountains are not available, and the Gift Shop is closed.
• There is no smoking on the property. The only dogs permitted are service dogs.
• By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be photographed and/or filmed and give permission to use your likeness in promotional and/or marketing materials. 

We encourage visitors and employees to stay home if they are sick. If you purchased tickets in advance but become ill, we will honor your tickets when you have recovered.
